1. Introduction
Welcome to Nammak Digital Solutions. By engaging our services, making a payment, or subscribing to any of our monthly services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Nammak Digital Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Website Design and Development
- Website Hosting and Maintenance
- Google Ads Management
- Facebook & Instagram Advertising
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Business Profile Setup and Management
- Digital Marketing Consulting
2. Service Agreement
All services are provided based on the package selected by the client. The scope of work, pricing, and deliverables will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, images, and approvals required for project completion.
3. Payment Terms
Once-Off Services
For website design, setup services, and other project-based work:
- A deposit of 50% may be required before work begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the website or service is published or handed over.
- Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
Monthly Subscription Services
Monthly services may include:
- Website Hosting
- Website Maintenance
- Google Ads Management
- SEO Services
- Ongoing Marketing Services
By subscribing to a recurring payment plan through PayFast, the client authorizes Nammak Digital Solutions to collect the agreed monthly fee using PayFast subscription or tokenized payment facilities.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Website Development
- Deposits paid for website development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Monthly Hosting and Maintenance
- Monthly hosting, maintenance, and support fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Google Ads Management and Marketing Services
- Management fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
- Advertising spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms is non-refundable and subject to the policies of those platforms.
Service Failure
Refunds may be considered where Nammak Digital Solutions is unable to deliver a service due to circumstances within our control.
5. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Clients may cancel monthly services by providing at least 30 days written notice via email.
Cancellation requests must be sent to:

Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Website Hosting
If hosting services are cancelled:
- Website files will remain available for download for up to 14 days after termination.
- Thereafter, Nammak Digital Solutions may permanently remove website files, emails, and backups.
Google Ads Management
Google Ads management services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The client will retain ownership of their Google Ads account where applicable.
6. Service Delivery Policy
Website Development
Typical website development timelines range between 5 and 21 business days depending on project complexity and client response times.
Website Hosting
Hosting services are activated once payment has been received and verified.
Google Ads Management
Campaign setup is generally completed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving all required information and access permissions.
Digital Marketing Services
Monthly management services commence once payment has been successfully processed and all onboarding requirements have been completed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Respond to requests for approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and advertising policies.
- Ensure they have rights to any content supplied to Nammak Digital Solutions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nammak Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits or revenue.
- Search engine ranking fluctuations.
- Advertising platform policy changes.
- Downtime caused by third-party providers.
- Delays resulting from client inaction or incomplete information.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of project fees, ownership of website content created specifically for the client will transfer to the client.
Third-party software, themes, plugins, hosting services, and advertising platforms remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
10. Changes to Terms
Nammak Digital Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
